Okay I have been trying to adopt a small dog for me and my daughter , and I am shocked to find that many animal rescues want fees from $150-350 , now I do know that it cost money to run the place but I also know that I can buy a puppy for 200.00 bucks if I had it lol am I wrong for being upset I wanted to do the right thing and save a life but at 250 I cant afford to . ps anyone given away a small dog let me know . wordking.duff@gmail.com
